Using Visual Support in Settings for Supporting Communication Training

Suitable for: Professionals (e.g. SENCo, teachers, teaching assistants) in Coventry settings.

This training package will focus on a range of visual support that can be used in settings to support children with SLCN. The package will cover lots of practical ideas and cover areas such as now-next boards, visual timetables, symbols boards and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).

• To develop an understanding of how to practically use visual support within your setting
