An Introduction to Eating, Drinking and Swallowing Difficulties

This 2 hour training package will focus on understanding eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties (known as dysphagia). It will include:

• A brief introduction to how we eat and drink
• A description of what can go wrong when we eat and drink and what you can do to help
• An introduction to feeding techniques, texture descriptions and thickener
